The first witness initially testified Washington was there, but later backtracked and said it was "rumor" that placed him at the scene.
Andregg said Stafford was taken from the scene to Bronson Methodist Hospital with traumatic brain injury and multiple facial fractures. He was transferred 10 days later to Borgess Medical Center for intensive inpatient physical therapy. Stafford was discharged March 3 and is receiving home-based therapy.
